1. Shipping
• KYL CARDS ships internationally from our Hong Kong headquarters.
• All products are 100% original and carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transportation.
• Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the method chosen. Any delays caused by couriers or customs are not our responsibility.

2. Duties and Customs Taxes
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or other local taxes, which vary according to the regulations of the destination country.
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. KYL CARDS has no control over these costs and is not responsible for any additional charges applied by customs authorities.

3. Returns and Refunds
• We only accept returns in the case of incorrect or defective products. The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing photographic evidence of the problem.
• Products must be returned sealed and in their original condition. We do not accept returns of opened, used or damaged items after delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we are mistaken.
• We do not offer refunds for shipping delays or customs issues beyond our control.

4. Payments
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal and other options available at checkout.
• All transactions are secure and encrypted. KYL CARDS does not store customer payment information.

5. Products and Availability
• All products for sale are authentic and sealed.
• Available quantities can change quickly due to high demand. In case of unavailability after purchase, we will contact the customer for a refund or an alternative.
